The battle begins. In late 2020, the SEC filed a lawsuit against Ripple, accusing XRP of being an unregistered security. It sent shockwaves through the crypto world — exchanges delisted XRP, panic spread, and a war for survival began.
In the panel, Brad Garlinghouse stands firm at the front, Ripple shield in hand, shouting his rallying cry: “Dent the Universe!” Beside him, John E. At the same time, the Coreum ($CORE) and Evernode ($EVR) airdrops gave holders renewed energy, reminding them of the community’s resilience and innovation.

Rise Of The xrp army 2024

Though the 2023 ruling freed XRP, the fight wasn’t over. The SEC regrouped, filing appeals and rebuilding its case. Ripple and the XRP Army stood firm, prepared for another round in the long battle for clarity.

After years of courtroom battles, the war finally ended in 2025. Regulatory clarity was achieved, and Ripple emerged victorious — stronger, legitimized, and ready to lead. For XRP and its community, this wasn’t just the end of a lawsuit. It was the start of a new chapter.
